If you find yourself frustrated with occasional brain fog, here's a great book for you:

Genius Foods: Become Smarter, Happier, and More Productive While Protecting Your Brain for Life by Max Lugavere.

Here's the quick list of the foods he recommends you eat more of:

Almonds
Avocados
Blueberries
Broccoli
Dark Chocolate
Dark Leafy Greens
Eggs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Grass-fed Beef
Wild Salmon

Of course, I'm not saying you have to eat these foods.

Besides, some people are sensitive to "anti-nutrients" in some of these foods.

For example ...

Long before I even heard of "oxylates," I noticed I'd feel achy after eating lots of almonds.

(Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds, specifically, was a stable every time I passed a Hudson's in an airport. Yum.)

If you know my coaching style, you know I never force or even nag anyone to do anything. Eat what you want and deal with the consequences.

However ...

If you don't like those consequences, at least consider other options that serve you better.
