What's Realistic Progress for Fat Loss?

Here are the quick facts based on thousands of real, normal nutrition coaching clients:

- Excellent: 0.5 – 1% body fat loss every 2-4 weeks

- Average: 0.5% body fat loss every 4 weeks

- Slow: Less than 0.5% body fat loss every 4 weeks.

Too many people (probably because they're watching too much so-called "reality TV") beat themselves up for not losing weight "quickly enough."

However ...

Science tells us fat loss takes time ... and, therefore, patience.

Just for kicks ...

No, this won't help you figure out your body fat to 0.5% points, but this is a nice place to start if you have absolutely no idea what your body fat percentage might be:
