One our personal training clients at our gym in Timonium just asked me a question I get virtually every day from women over 45: “How do I lose this [grabs body part]?” I told her my signature sound bite bite: “You have no more control over where you lose fat than you did over where you gained it.” I’ve heard a couple of respectable trainers say they have $ystems (clever, huh) that will burn body fat in specific parts of your body.
